Next Generation Incorporated is a Christian youth ministry helping young people find a foundation, a future, and a place to stand.
Who We Are
It started while watching young people finish school with no clear sense of what came next. That question became a burden for prayer — and the prayer became a ministry.
Next Generation Incorporated officially began in 2022 in Cape Coast, Ghana, with a founding group of just seven young people, including the visionary. Since then, the work has grown through prayer, teaching, discipleship, conferences, and mentoring.
We believe preparing the next generation takes more than academic achievement — it takes spiritual grounding, mentorship, relationships, and real opportunities to contribute.

Gatherings that bring young people together for teaching, prayer, dialogue, and leadership development around faith, identity, and purpose.

Regular prayer gatherings, including online meetings, interceding for young people, families, and our communities.
Programmes building character, leadership capacity, critical thinking, and responsible decision-making.
Helping young people identify strengths and prepare well for the move from school into life.

The Contributor Method
A young person may have a skill, an idea, time, a testimony, or a relationship that can help someone else. We encourage every young person to move from dependence toward participation, service, and leadership — by asking one question:
"What do I have, and how can I use it to contribute?"

Meet the Visioneer
Bessie is a researcher, educator, and faith-based practitioner whose work sits at the intersection of educational leadership, spiritual formation, and generational transformation. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Greater Manchester.
She has served as a Youth and Children's Pastor, a Sunday School educator, a school orientation facilitator, and a Trainer of Trainers for curriculum implementation in Ghana — roles that reflect her conviction that genuine formation happens at the crossroads of education and discipleship.
As Visioneer of Next Generation Incorporated, she continues to develop programmes, mentor emerging leaders, and build bridges between educational practice and theological depth — alongside her work at Claremont Church in Bolton and the New Wine Holiday Bible Club.
